HONOLULU, HAWAII (Dec. 21, 2010) – Bishop Street Commercial has been selected by Bank of Hawaii to find tenants to lease a portion of its Hale O Kapolei office building. Approximately 41,000 square feet of largely contiguous space is available in the 240,000-square-foot class A office property.
Hale O Kapolei is a four-story complex of three wings surrounding a central courtyard. It is located at Kamokila Boulevard and Wakea Street in the central Kapolei business district.
“We are pleased to be partnering with Bank of Hawaii to lease a property with strong location, technology and parking benefits and large, versatile floor plates,” said Matthew Bittick, Bishop Street Commercial president and senior managing director.
Bank of Hawaii continues to retain a portion of its operations in Hale O Kapolei, including its 24-hour call center. The bank recently relocated some operations to improve the use of space in its downtown Honolulu properties, and to improve synergy among departments. Bank of Hawaii remains strongly committed to Kapolei and the West Oahu community, providing financial services to Kapolei through its full-service branch at Kapolei Commons and an in-store branch in Safeway Kapolei, as well as 10 ATMs in a variety of Kapolei locations.
