Bishop Street Commercial Launches Hawaii Island Office In Kona

HONOLULU November 29, 2010 Bishop Street Commercial, a leading Hawaii commercial real estate firm, has opened a Kona office. Senior real estate consultant and Kona resident Scott Garmon will be managing director of the Hawaii Island operation which is located at the Kailua Trade Center, 75-5706 Hanama Place, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
The announcement was made by Matthew Bittick, Bishop Street Commercial founder and senior managing director who said, “We are very pleased to have someone with Scott Garmon’s credentials and expertise on our team and to expand the business we have built on Hawaii Island.” The Bishop Street Commercial Kona client list is expanding and includes listings for Gold Coast Industrial Center and the Lenders Document Office Building.
Garmon has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate transactions including being a broker in Orange County, CA with industry giant Cushman & Wakefield and, more recently, with Clark Commercial Group in Hawaii. He maintains his California real estate broker’s license, in addition to his Hawaii license. He is a member of the West Hawaii Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and the Surfrider Foundation.
