Westridge Shopping Center for Sale at $15,000,000

For immediate release:
The owners of Westridge Shopping Center in Aiea have retained Bishop
Street Commercial, LLC to market the 61,000 square foot leasehold retail
complex situated on over three and a half acres. Vallejo Ventures 99,
LLC has owned the established 26 year old property which is home to a
mix of long term local and national tenants including KFC, 7-11, Tony
Roma’s, Jackson Hewitt, Hawaii State Federal Credit Union, and Central
Pacific Bank.
Westridge Shopping Center is located on Kamehameha Highway corridor which 60,000 vehicles use daily and is near the planned Pearlridge rail station. Adjacent to the center is The Pearl, a proposed 1,800 residential unit, office and retail complex.
Bishop Street Commercial president and senior managing director Matt Bittick and managing director Craig Neher are responsible for marketing the center.
