Matthew Bittick Awarded Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation

Matthew Bittick, president of Bishop Street Commercial, LLC has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.  The institute is a global leader among commercial real estate associations..

Bittick was among 120 commercial real estate professionals nationally recently granted the designation.  Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, 7% or approximately 9,000 hold the CCIM designation.

CCIM is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.  The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis—the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate.

Bishop Street Commercial concentrates in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, and leasing.  Bittick is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and a licensed real estate sales person in California.  He also is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
