Matthew Bittick Launches Bishop Street Commercial, LLC.

Matthew Bittick, CCIM, a national leader in commercial real estate sales has formed Bishop Street Commercial, LLC, concentrating on brokerage, investment sales, and leasing. Bittick most recently was senior vice president and Hawaii market leader for PM Realty Group, one of the 25 largest commercial real estate firms in the U.S. While there, he was the national sales leader the past three years.
A 15 year veteran in commercial real estate, Bittick said Bishop Street Commercial was founded to provide clients a high degree of personalized consulting along with a comprehensive range of real estate and brokerage services. The firm already represents investors, developers, landlords and tenants in the areas of leasing, sales, acquisition-disposition, property management and commercial investments. Bishop Street Commercial also is the preferred Hawaii consultant for Cushman & Wakefield.
“Matt Bittick has granular market knowledge plus a creative approach to problem solving that will serve him well with his new venture,” said Lawrence J. Taff, executive vice president-Honolulu operations for real estate investment trust Pacific Office Properties.

Bittick is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and licensed real estate sales person in California. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
A graduate of the University of Southern California Bittick was an All-American member of the U.S. National Water Polo Team. He is involved with the USC Alumni Association where he is a past president, a board member of Aulea, one of Hawaii’s largest swim clubs, and active with Hope Chapel-Kaneohe.
