Bishop Street Commercial (BSC) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for more than 1.6 million sq. ft. of Class A commercial office space in Hawaii—the largest single commercial leasing assignment in Hawaii history.
Starting April 1, BSC will handle all leasing for Davies
Pacific Center, the Pan Am Building, First Insurance Center, Waterfront
Plaza, the Clifford Building, the PBN Building, and the Bank of Hawaii
Waikiki Center. The seven properties constitute the Hawaii commercial
property holdings of Pacific Office Properties, a real estate trust established by legendary real estate investor Jay Shidler.
Craig Neher, Steven Marcus, and Keenan Sue have joined Bishop Street Commercial to support this historic engagement. Van Cornwell also remains an integral part of the BSC team, which is led by company founder Matthew Bittick.
