BSC Selected for the Largest Leasing Engagement in Hawaii History

Bishop Street Commercial (BSC) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for more than 1.6 million sq. ft. of Class A commercial office space in Hawaii—the largest single commercial leasing assignment in Hawaii history.


interior photoStarting April 1, BSC will handle all leasing for Davies Pacific Center, the Pan Am Building, First Insurance Center, Waterfront Plaza, the Clifford Building, the PBN Building, and the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center. The seven properties constitute the Hawaii commercial property holdings of Pacific Office Properties, a real estate trust established by legendary real estate investor Jay Shidler.

Craig Neher, Steven Marcus, and Keenan Sue have joined Bishop Street Commercial to support this historic engagement. Van Cornwell also remains an integral part of the BSC team, which is led by company founder Matthew Bittick.
