BISHOP STREET COMMERCIAL GAINS 600,000 SQUARE FEET LEASING ASSIGNMENT IN KAKAAKO

(HONOLULU - February 22, 2012)   Bishop Street Commercial, a leading Hawaii commercial real estates leasing and sales organization, has been retained by The Howard Hughes Corporation to handle new leasing for 600,000 square feet of office and industrial space.  This includes space at the IBM Building, Ward Plaza and Ward Centers, plus additional commercial space in Kakaako, bounded by Kapiolani and Ala Moana Boulevards.
